What We Do
We aspire to assess, address, and heal chronic wounds through optimal treatment, advocacy, and education. The goal is improving outcomes, accelerate healing time, streamline care delivery and empowering patients and providers in the Tri-State Region. We do this by partnering with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Wound Care Centers, Hospitals, and private Physician offices who manage the care of patients with chronic wounds to bring our service line in at the right time for the right patients.
