With over 35 years in the Healthcare Management industry, I have experienced many of the financial challenges faced by healthcare professionals. This led me from managing a multi-state medical practice to owning and operating a successful Medical Revenue Cycle Management company for the past 25 years. My focus is on overseeing the day-to-day operations of medical practices to ensure accurate, timely and compliant billing, coding, and collections; helping my clients grow revenue by using my extensive skills and knowledge of the insurance industry. The healthcare business is always changing, and as new situations and regulations arise, I stay informed about changes in medical policy, monitoring official government websites like HHS.gov, Medicare.gov and CMS.gov, as well as the medical policies of major insurance companies such as Aetna, BCBS, Elevance Health and United Healthcare. I am dedicated to staying current on the medical policies of Amniotic Allographs where it is crucial to understand the specific coverage guidelines so we can continue to improve outcomes for seniors who are most in need of our wound care services. I am excited to be a part of this team driven to significantly improve patient care and outcomes.

Tamara is a certified wound care nurse who spent the majority of her nursing career treating critical care patients at WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital while working in the ICU. She has a passion for managing the treatment of wound care patients. Tamara’s role is to work with our SNFs & Home Health Agency’s to help identify potential patients who meet the criteria as well as provide any training and follow-up to ensure we keep the chronic wound patients at the center of the healing process. In addition, she will assist our NP during the cleaning and application process.

Elisha Payne, APRN, FNP-C, CWCANP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in long-term care and wound management. She received her master's degree through Walden University, and her certified wound care associate through the American Board of Wound Management. She is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care and has a particular interest in caring for the geriatric population, as well as management of chronic wounds and their comorbidities. In her free time, Elisha enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and traveling.

Brie Sargent brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry, combining exceptional leadership skills with a genuine passion for patient care. She holds a Master of Science degree from West Virginia University and has cultivated a career focused on enhancing both the operational excellence of healthcare practices and the patient experience. In her role as Office Manager and Aesthetics Marketing Coordinator, Brie seamlessly blends her expertise in healthcare administration with her creative vision for promoting aesthetic services. She is committed to fostering a welcoming and professional environment where patients feel valued, informed, and confident in their care. Brie’s passion lies in helping individuals look and feel their absolute best—inside and out. She believes in the transformative power of self-care and works tirelessly to ensure each patient’s journey is personalized, positive, and results-driven. Known for her warm demeanor, attention to detail, and strategic mindset, Brie plays an essential role in both the daily operations and the long-term success of the practice. When she’s not in the office, Brie enjoys continuing her education in both healthcare and aesthetics, staying at the forefront of industry trends to better serve patients and the community.

With over 20 years of dedicated nursing experience, Stacie Koontz is a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care and aesthetics. Her diverse background encompasses acute care, primary care, and long-term care, allowing her to provide comprehensive and holistic healthcare to her patients. Stacie is certified in both wound care and aesthetics, which equips her with the expertise to address a wide range of patient needs, from complex wound management to enhancing skin health and appearance. She is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in healthcare, ensuring that her patients receive the highest standard of care. Driven by a passion for patient education and empowerment, Stacie takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration. Her approach is centered around understanding each patient's unique circumstances and tailoring treatment plans that promote optimal health and wellness. Outside of her clinical practice, Stacie enjoys engaging with her community and participating in health education initiatives, further emphasizing her commitment to improving the lives of those she serves. Bethany Young, APRN, FNP-C, is a Wound Care Certified and Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She possesses extensive experience in long-term care, wound care, and home health care, with a particular focus on the adult and geriatric populations. Ms. Young is dedicated to providing exceptional nursing care through evidence-based practices, particularly in the treatment of chronic and non-healing wounds. During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling with her family, immersing herself in new cultures, gardening, and engaging in outdoor activities.

Dr. Jobeth Rollandini, DPM is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions. She is skilled in both conservative care and surgical interventions, including reconstructive procedures. She received education from Bethany College and Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, as well as completing a 3-year residency through Heritage Valley Health System. Dr. Rollandini has contributed to multiple research studies during her medical training and has co-authored several well-regarded publications, while remaining active in editorial work. She is a proud member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Ohio Foot and Ankle Medical Association, and the American Diabetes Association.
